1. Eligibility:
- The raffle is open to all current and new members of Star of Texas Credit Union who are at least 18 years old.
- Employees, board members, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Raffle Period:
- The raffle runs from March 17, 2025, to April 29, 2025.
3. How to Enter:
- In-Branch Teller Visit: Members receive one (1) raffle ticket per day for conducting a transaction with a teller. Limit: one ticket per member per day.
- Member Online Survey Completion: Members who complete the online survey and present proof of completion at the branch receive two (2) raffle tickets. * Email with the survey link will be sent the 1st week of April.
- New Checking/Savings Account or New Membership: Individuals who open a new checking or savings account, or establish a new membership during the raffle period, receive five (5) raffle tickets upon account activation.
- Mortgage or Auto Loan: Members who secure a mortgage or auto loan during the raffle period receive ten (10) raffle tickets upon loan approval.
Members can combine activities to earn multiple tickets. For example:
- Completing a teller transaction and opening a new checking account on the same day will earn a member six (6) tickets (1 for the transaction + 5 for the new account).
- Opening both a mortgage and a savings account during the raffle period will earn a member fifteen (15) tickets (10 for the mortgage + 5 for the new account).
There is no monthly limit on the number of tickets a member can earn. For instance, if a member conducts a teller transaction every day, they can receive a ticket each day.
4. Prize Drawing:
- Prize is a Blackstone 36in. Griddle with Hinged Hood, Front Shelf and Soft Cover
- The raffle drawing will take place on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at the Star of Texas Credit Union Annual Meeting (Via Zoom)
- Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
5. Notification of Winners:
- Winners will be notified via zoom, phone and email within five (5) business days after the drawing.
- Prizes must be claimed within thirty (30) days of notification.
6. Additional Terms:
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with their prize.
- Participation constitutes permission for Star of Texas Credit Union to use the winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
